FAQs

Why does Racemaster Live ask for Location permission when you are installing it?

Racemaster Live uses the location of the device to order the events and places by location distance. Every place and event in the app has a location when it is created. This is done so we can show you the closest events and places first when you are viewing those screens.

Why does Racemaster Live ask for Push Notification permission when you are installing it?

Racemaster Live sends out round pairings and winners, along with the Alert’s from the event promoters using Push Notifications built into the device platforms. If these are turned off, you will not receive them in real time.

I installed Racemaster Live. Why does it load to a blank home screen with no Events?

This happens when you do not allow Racemaster Live to have Location Permissions while it is installing. To correct this, you can go to the Racemaster Live app settings on the device and enable Location Permission.

Why is my race not listed on Racemaster Live?

We try our best to keep as many events up to date as possible inside the Racemaster Live mobile app. If you know of an event that is coming up that you do not see listed, reach out to the track/promoter and see if they would like to add it to Racemaster Live. We will be more than happy to assist them in setup of the app and show them how to use it for their event.

Are my races saved once they are entered in Racemaster Live?

Yes! Once they are entered into the Racemaster Live mobile app, they will not be deleted. You can access them at any time using the View All link beside the events or going to your profile and My Events to view them from there.
